  1. The importance of eating one’s greens can’t be stated enough. Granted, some people are going to be less inclined to eat them than others, so utilizing other prepping methods helps. Steaming and broiling are common and help to bring out their flavors without sacrificing much in the way of nutritional value.

  2. Really interesting read! I’ve always grown up with the idea that greens are good for you (which they are) but never really knowing why. As I’ve gotten older of course and done more research you start to understand the importance even more.
